1. Scope
The following general terms and conditions (GTC) regulate the contractual relationship between the customer and the ZiBoMo online shop. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the ZiBoMo online shop has expressly agreed to them.
2. Contracting Party
The contract is concluded with the ZiBoMo online shop, represented by Silvia Baalmann (treasurer) 02535 931425 KG ZiBoMo
3. Conclusion of contract
The contract for the purchase of products is concluded when the customer sends an order via the online shop. The ZiBoMo online shop then sends an order confirmation by e-mail in which the order details are listed. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer, but merely informs you that the order has been received.
4. Prices and shipping costs
The prices quoted in the online shop are in euros and include the statutory value-added tax. In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may be incurred, which are to be borne by the customer. The shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.
5. Payment
The products ordered can be paid for by bank transfer and PayPal, which are displayed during the ordering process. The ZiBoMo online shop reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods.
6. Delivery
The products ordered will be delivered within the period specified on the product page or during the ordering process. The online shop is not liable for delays in delivery caused by external circumstances or force majeure. If delivery is not possible, the customer will be informed immediately and payments already received will be refunded.
7. Retention of Title
The delivered products remain the property of the ZiBoMo online shop until full payment has been made.
8. Right of Withdrawal

9. Warranty and Liability
The ZiBoMo online shop guarantees that the delivered products are free from defects. In the event of defects, the customer has the right to rectification or replacement. Further claims are excluded, unless the defect was concealed intentionally or through gross negligence. The ZiBoMo online shop is not liable for damage caused by improper use or handling of the products.
10. Privacy

11. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of the UN Sales Convention. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
